Hello, I places an order last night but haven’t paid anything. It says that my order in on hold with a confirmation number. I haven’t received any email and waiting to pay and release my order. Does anyone know how this works? Is it a typical thing?

Did anything come of this, I just placed an order and paid and wondering how long it takes to get any information about shipping ? Sales very responsive but no answer ?
