You will experience significant appetite suppression starting around 3mg per week. This effect will attenuate over time, but there is plenty of room for dose increase. IMO all the good stuff starts around 3mg per week and maxes out around 1mg-1.2mg/dayHi, as titled, i would need a recommendation for tirez or reta , i've heard reta got appetite suppression , someone who got any thoughts to share?

Yes, Retatrutide (Reta) is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, but it's not just a GLP-1.Hey All,
Is Reta a GLP-1?
Hey! I’ve been running Reta for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been a game changer. Thanks so much! Okay now this is making more sense
Would love to know if anyone is microdosing and if it’s been working, what dosage youre runnnkng and also what it looks like to taper off and maintain muscle and the fat loss.
From what I can read this is more superior than anything else on the market.
I’ve been concerned about starting something that I’m not able to come off without gaining weight back or something impacting my muscle tone, so keen to hear if anyone has achieved the results and been able to come off and maintain.
The food cravings hasn’t really been my concern (although it would really help), as it’s more menopausal weight gain that’s crept in. i’m in the gym and with weight training 3-4 x per week.
Does anyone have any insight?
I would love some some help with this…
Thanks so much for the feedback, it really helps. I don’t suppose you could share what you’d consider a micro dose? And how you tapered off?Hey! I’ve been running Reta for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been a game changer.
I started with a pretty low dose, just to see how my body would respond. Even at microdose levels, I noticed a steady drop in body fat without feeling like I was starving myself. Energy stayed solid, no crazy crashes, and I kept hitting the gym 3–4 times a week like usual.
As for tapering off — I did a slow step-down over about 4–6 weeks, just cutting the dose in half every couple weeks. I’ve been off it for a little while now and haven’t had any major rebound. Weight’s been stable, and I’ve actually held onto most of the muscle I built during the cycle.
Food cravings weren’t my biggest issue either, it was more the stubborn weight that came with age and hormones. Reta really helped me break through that plateau without killing my routine.
So yeah — if you’re thinking about trying it but worried about long-term effects or gaining it all back, just know it can be done right. Happy to share more details if you need them!
Here’s the current dosing protocol I’ve been following for research purposes:Thanks so much for the feedback, it really helps. I don’t suppose you could share what you’d consider a micro dose? And how you tapered off?
I’m also wanting to check you’ve been happy with this company. I’m new to purchasing direct and want to make sure my source is reputable
