From what I understand they are still behind on orders from the Chinese new year… so it’s hard to say.. everyone keeps saying 7-10 days after payment once they have caught up with their backlog of ordersGuys, I made my first order. I made my order on 22 Feb and got it on 16 Mar.
I suggest you:
1. Keep in touch with your sales rep. Message the person every 3 days for update.
2. Ensure the sales rep is legit from the list.
So far I am happy with their service and will be their repeat customer.
