I’m just checking to see if others had their order make it and gotten tracking. I was told I would get tracking within 48 hours of ordering and I still don’t have that. Let alone the order which I was told would be 5-7 days. Today is one week since I ordered and I have no info except for I’ll be updated when they know something. I’m very worried at this point. I did a $600 order and now I’m worried I was talking to the wrong people on what app.

We do apologize for the bad shipping experince, the expected date should be Wednesday yesterday, we will get the tracking number this morning. 🙏 We will update for you.
 
When I previously ordered products from James, I specifically requested DHL for shipping and received the package in about a week. I was quite satisfied with the experience. The difference in shipping time is probably due to the different shipping methods used.
