I feel like they’ve caught up after the CNY holidays, and I think any of the reps are good. I had a great experience with Janice. Make sure you check the rep listing on the website to verify them!

i received this yesterday after asking about lead time
Usually, the normal shipping time is 6-8 days.

If we had a long holiday, then we may be experiencing a heavy backlog of orders that cannot be processed promptly. This has resulted in simultaneous inventory shortages and logistics congestion.

Delivery times may therefore be extended by up to 8-15 days or more beyond the original estimate, but will not exceed 45 days in total.

My last order was 23feb. shipped 4 March and didn't make it past Chinese customs. Disappointingly no replacement package was shipped. original package was supposed to have been return to warehouse last week to reship but as of today has still not been shipped. 5 weeks and package still isn't on its way to me
