Due to the impact of the recent typhoon, our branches and logistics teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen are unable to operate. As a result, all shipments from our China warehouse are currently suspended. At this time, we can only process orders for US customers through our US warehouse.
Since the Chinese National Day holiday is approaching right after the typhoon, we expect China warehouse operations to resume around October 8.
  • For customers who have already placed orders but whose parcels have not yet shipped, please contact our WhatsApp customer service to request a refund.
  • If you are willing to wait, we will apply a 10% discount on your order as compensation for the delay.
