Hi all,

New member here, just placed my first order with HkRoids. So far a great positive start, David has been very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Still a little sceptical and will be until my first order arrives, but seeing this HkRoids community and the many positive experiences is putting my mind at ease.

Looking forward to adding to the positive reviews soon.

Hang in these people are great. I don’t know what’s available domestic in your country, but here in states HK knocks there pants off in comparison. Shipping time can be nerve racking, however well with the wait.

I’m sorry, my friend, for the inconvenience caused. With Christmas approaching, all courier companies are overloaded, and packages are queuing for available flights, which has caused delays. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control. If you wish to cancel this order, please feel free to contact me, and I will initiate a refund for you.

Gday Jimmy. As discussed, i very much still want this order and plenty of future ones but its not an issue with overbooked flights as Fedex still hasnt even received the package from you yet. I got a tracking number 10 days ago and Fedex said i would be given a delivery date once they received the package and nothing has happened since then

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience. I’ve reconfirmed the situation with our logistics team. The tracking number was generated in advance, but due to year-end congestion and the upcoming Christmas holidays, shipments are delayed and the package has been waiting for the courier to officially scan and receive it. This is why there have been no status updates yet. Once the courier physically receives the package, the estimated delivery date will update automatically. I’m closely following up on all shipments and continuously urging the logistics team to speed up the process.
