Please don’t worry — there have been some delays with DHL recently.
We’ve activated a special dedicated line to handle the situation caused by the DHL strike, although it may be a bit slower.

For any packages that fail to clear customs due to the DHL strike, we will reship them free of charge.

Yeah, mine came in already — all good there.
But my partner’s package got flagged for further inspection. Jack said it’s being resent through your special line, but apparently that’s gonna take like 20 days…


So now I’m basically his supplier too — had to hand over some of my stash or he’d be totally out of action! 😅
