BPC 157 10mg - dosage

Hi Everyone,
First batch received today (super fast and helpful the whole way) was going to:
BPC 157 10mg + BAC Water 2mg @ 200mcg
5 days on 2 days off x 8 weeks ?

What are your thoughts ?
 
Everyone is different depending on their needs, health etc. I use 500 mcg, 5 days on and 2 days off, and it’s worked great for my shoulder issues. At this dosage, I would say I heal about 80% faster. For me with any new peptide I start at a very low dosage to see how my body reacts and then work my way up. Good luck
