From payments to your order getting onto the plane for shipping international can be a day or two or a week or so but they know the system and every order I’ve done they’ve never failed or let me down but it can be slow initially after paying so if it’s a first order you do stress if it’s legit! But they are 100% and quality and packaging is next level
Thanks for letting me know... However, I've bought several international items before and it never takes this long. To give you an idea, my products are still in Hong Kong. It's hard for me to understand this delay. Sorry! It should have already left Hong Kong. I bought it last week, I paid quickly, I don't know why this huge delay. It seems to me that they want to combine the orders and send everything at once. But I requested express shipping, not regular shipping. Anyway! I'm personally not happy about this.
 
Another thing! I'm paying $60 USD for express shipping. I think this shipping is extremely expensive for such a long wait. This shouldn't be the case. I've paid much less for international express shipping before. I'm being sincere.
 
Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Due to the special nature of the products, we sometimes need to avoid periods when customs inspections are particularly strict. If a parcel is inspected or held, additional time is required for us to handle the situation.
In addition, please rest assured that all of our shipments are sent individually. The parcels that were inspected in this batch will be processed gradually over the next few days. If you prefer not to continue waiting, please contact your sales representative to request a refund.

I ordered 2xKits from Lydia ordered and Paid on 23/1/26, got my tracking number 27/1/26 scheduled to arrive tomorrow 30/1/26.
Great service so far, Cant complain about 7days HK>Wollongong NSW..
Is anyone able to tell me about the Packaging? Our FedEx & AP guys just backs up to our garage and throws the parcels into a crate and leave... Are the vials in secure packaging?
 
Yeah man, service is top shelf, im in melbourne and my stuff arrives like 3/4 days after i get tracking. Usually packages are secure and safe. In box and bag usually

Please rest assured, our products have multiple layers of packaging. If there is any damage to the product itself, please take photos and contact your sales representative.
