Who’s your rep? I am dealing with the same thing sort of. Tracking shows zero movement for 3 weeks. Then rep tells me shipment clears customs. A week later rep tells me it went for secondary inspection and is being held. Then rep tells me I have to ship to a different address as replacement will just get held as well. None of it make me sense. How can their tracking see all of these things while mine shows it still hasn’t even been picked up?

Can confirm on third reship the package arrived. One of two. Order was made whole and reps reassurances were correct they will do everything to get it to me.

Had to provide new name and address but it worked quick when I did vs the 4 other seized packs between 2 orders as my name and address is flagged.

Last two got stopped..

And haven't moved for 3 weeks, although one got stopped and I can track it, other one I can't track and says not found everywhere except some shady back end link that only the rep sent me that does not look legit, which translated in very broken English and unusual terminology that "customs recalled investigation" after it was released..

Don't know if anyone else is having the same experiences.

Melbourne airport in Australia is where one certainly got stopped and the other one I was told got stopped or recalled but again that one seems odd to me. $1600 down the drain it's beginning to feel like.

Every freight forwarder uses different shipping routes and customs documentation, which maybe will impacts customs clearance results. I use a forwarders has a very stable logistics line, and parcels usually arrive about 9 days
