First experience ordering – Brisbane, AUS

Placed my order on March 20. It ended up being a split shipment as 2 items were out of stock. I was kept in the loop the whole time and advised about a one-week delay, which I appreciated.

First package (priority mail) arrived in about 2.5 weeks. (1 week delayed as advised) The second package (standard shipping) showed up around 2 weeks after that.

Customer service was great – definitely recommend reaching out to the reps, they’re very helpful and responsive.

Product quality is spot on, very happy with everything. No issues shipping into Brisbane either.

Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Jimmy and team

It refreshing to see you received your order.
I ordered on the 8th of April and still waiting - I'm based in Sydney.

I was notified my package was shipped on the 13th (5 days after paying)
and then received my Tracking Number on the 17th (9 days after paying)

Unfortunately my tracking number has not updated and is still in "Pending" status.

Given it's only been just over 2 weeks since ordering & only 2 weeks on the day today since the package got shipped I'm probably just impatient at this point haha.

But I will say my sales rep has been informative and prompt with any questions or concerns

I get it I was the same. My second shipment with just normal shipping, the status did not move inline with where the package was. It actually turned up before it was updated with 17tracking.

Jimmy my rep was great and informative where it was status wise. My biggest hold up was customs leaving country of origin. I think it just takes sometime. But everything was smooth.

My advice give it time. Haha hard to see when all you want is the goods.
