Syringes vs insulin pens??

Are you using syringes or insulin pens for your research? I moved to pens a month ago and honestly, it’s been a game changer. Way faster, way easier, and the dosing is simple and accurate. Just dial, inject, and back in the fridge. No more filling syringes all day—and it’s cheaper too.

dosing with pens is definitely less accurate. i've also had a pen draw organic matter back into the vial after injection, which ruined the entire vial. I bought an expensive pen thinking it would fix these problems, but it didn't..

Reliable pens are expensive, and that's on top of the ongoing cost of needles. I also find prepping the cartridges a real hassle—I've blown out a few of them even when filling carefully with the needle tip up for air escape, losing an entire vial's worth of peptide in the process.
