Im 70 kg, how much ml of bac water and how many units could I start with?

Am I fine to take at night?

I added 3ml of bac water and I do 7.5 units

Isn't it too little. It comes to 0.25 mg of SS-31 when the recommended dosage is 1-5 mg daily and 2 mg is the sweet spot.
