Thanks for the info on the glow stack, don’t know if you read my reply, I mixed 3ml of BAC and did a little research, was told 10 units once a day weekends off?
What would you recommend?
Also any recommendations on Reta dosage 10mg (apologies for all the questions)

Glow with 3ml bac water should be 15 units a day which works out to 500mcg of BPC157, 500mcg of TB500 & 2.5mg of the GH
