i usually do 2ml bac water.
lets break it down:

Total peptide content: 70 mg (10 mg TB-500 + 10 mg BPC-157 + 50 mg GHK-Cu) = 70,000 mcg.
adding 2 mL of bacteriostatic water:
  • Concentration = 70,000 mcg / 2 mL = 35,000 mcg/mL total peptide.
  • Breakdown per peptide:
    • TB-500: 10,000 mcg / 2 mL = 5,000 mcg/mL.
    • BPC-157: 10,000 mcg / 2 mL = 5,000 mcg/mL.
    • GHK-Cu: 50,000 mcg / 2 mL = 25,000 mcg/mL.

Alternatively, if we use 5 mL of bacteriostatic water for a less concentrated solution:
  • Concentration = 70,000 mcg / 5 mL = 14,000 mcg/mL total peptide.
  • Breakdown per peptide:
    • TB-500: 10,000 mcg / 5 mL = 2,000 mcg/mL.
    • BPC-157: 10,000 mcg / 5 mL = 2,000 mcg/mL.
    • GHK-Cu: 50,000 mcg / 5 mL = 10,000 mcg/mL.
what's your dosage??

I’ve jumped the gun,was so excited 😆
Mixed 3ml bac and taking 10 units?
Is this a good dose?

alright, mate, no stress! 😎

Mixed 3ml bac and taking 10 units?
concentration: 70,000 mcg ÷ 3 mL = ~23,333 mcg/mL.
Per 10 units (0.1 mL):

TB-500: 333 mcg.
BPC-157: 333 mcg.
GHK-Cu: 1,667 mcg.

Is this a good dose?
BPC-157: 200–500 mcg/day, 333 mcg is spot-on for recovery.
TB-500: 250–500 mcg/day or 2.5 mg/week, 333 mcg (~2.3 mg/week) is solid.
GHK-Cu: 1–2 mg/day, 1,667 mcg is perfect.

10 units is a great dose for healing or recovery , good for 4–6 weeks daily.

Yo, no worries, I got you! 😎 I did a reply

Recommendation
  • Stick with 10 units (333 mcg each TB-500/BPC-157, 1.67 mg GHK-Cu) 5 days/week if it’s working.
  • Or Go Daily: 10 units 7 days/week (~2.33 mg/week TB-500/BPC-157) for better results.
  • Slight Bump: Try 12 units (0.12 mL, ~400 mcg TB-500/BPC-157, 2 mg GHK-Cu) daily for stronger effects.
  • Vial lasts ~30 doses (6 weeks at 5 days/week).

Retatrutide 10 mg
  • Typical Dose: Start at 0.5–1 mg/week, titrate up to 4–12 mg/week (sub-Q). Slow ramp-up to avoid nausea.
  • Reconstitution: For 10 mg vial, add 2 mL bac water = 5 mg/mL.
    • 0.5 mg = 0.1 mL (10 units on 1 mL syringe).
    • 1 mg = 0.2 mL (20 units).
  • Plan: Start with 0.5 mg/week (10 units), increase to 1 mg/week after 4 weeks if no side effects. Inject once weekly.

Hope it helps!
