Morning guys. Im new here and just wondering if anyone else is experiencing difficulties and/or delays with orders.

I paid for express shipping with the 7-12 time frame and I understand that at this time of year, things are going to be slower than normal but I placed and paid for my order almost 13 days ago. It took a week before I even got a tracking number and in the 6 days since, there have been no updates as Fedex still hasn't even received the package for shipment.

Surely this isn't normal.

Hey mate. Mine was delayed with getting shipped but had great communication from my sales rep the whole time about it. Since being shipped I have constant updates and now it's expected next Thursday, meaning that will be about 9 days in transport if it all works out. Where are you shipping to?
