Customer representative Jack patiently waited for my side, was very kind and supportive with price list updates.
Once payment was finally cleared, he informed about package is on the way, but the tracking number was not registered.
After about a week it suddenly popped up in tracking system in Canada, another week and I got all the research stuff.
It's very well packed and produced by high quality standards. And reagents are acting as described in lab textbooks. No lumps, no reds with proper sterile techniques.
Will definitely order more.
