First order

Hate to say it but not impressed at all with the service. Made an order on the 4th of august have asked multiple times for a tracking number only to be told 1 or 2 day longer. We'll its nearly a week since I first asked for tracking and ill ive had is excuses and frankly thats not good enough. Express Postage is ment to 5 to 7 and after 10 days and I haven't even got a tracking number yet. Im glad I only did a small order first because quiet frankly I think I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Update. Finally got tracking details a day later and delivered the following week. Everything came as ordered and was well packaged. Placed my second order on Thursday and tracking says it will arrive Monday. Much smoother process for the second order.
 
Actually scrap that update. New order still hasn't been received by ups. What the hell are you guys upto? Ment to be 5 to 7 days shipping but it never comes on time if you don't send it to the shipping agent. This is beyond a joke now. You would have thought after the last order you would have made sure this went smoothly but once again it's a shit fight. Your products are excellent but the way you handle orders is disgraceful. Sort it out for fucks sake
 
The Australia customs is well-known for its tough, this is beyond our control. The customs inspected packages more strictly for the way we were using.
 
Has fuck all to do with Australia when it hasn't even been received by the shipping agent in your country. Once again nothing but bullshit excuses.
How about you stop the lies and explain how come it take so long to get from you to the shipping agent? Frankly your shipping times are false advertising. How can you say 5 to 7 days shipping to Australia when it takes longer than that to get from your warehouse to the shipping agent? I've got customers screaming at me for their order and I can't even give them an eta on their order. This is not how business is done

For your future orders, we will update live status of your orders on these:
the inventory (check if all the products you ordered are in stock or not),
processed by whom (warehouse or shipping agent),
the tracking number,
and so on.
 
Thankyou. All I have ever asked is for some transparency. All I need is a rough eta so I can keep my customers informed
