2 seperate orders arrived in Australia

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Jack, ive made 2 separate orders with him, awesome communication, great customer service, very responsive, helps with all questions and even followed up on both orders to make sure they were received. The last order was made wednesday night and arrived today (the following monday) which I couldnt believe. Looking forward to plenty more orders in the future 🙏

I’ve worked with Jack many times before, but the latest order got held up. I’m still waiting for the new tracking number for the reshipment, hoping everything goes smoothly. DHL has already held 3 of my packages, and I’m really not looking to use them again.

I’m using the special line Jack set up for me. About two weeks ago, Jack told me customs was inspecting my package, and it could take 1-3 weeks to finish. But right now, it’s looking pretty uncertain. I’ve explained my situation to Jack, and he said he would resend my package today.
I’ve already been waiting for over 40 days, and my stock is running low. I really hope the new package goes smoothly.

I’m sorry, but customs in the U.S. has been really strict at the beginning of this month, especially with DHL packages. I’ve already arranged for the reshipment using FedEx, and I won’t be using DHL for you anymore. Let’s just forget about DHL, haha.

Thank you for your concern. Jack has already arranged a new FedEx tracking number for me. Hope everything goes smoothly.I never want to use DHL again.
 
I noticed many people have mentioned shipping concerns.may I ask which shipping method is the most reliable and secure, while still keeping the delivery time within a reasonable range?

I haven't had any issues with packages being held up so far. Jack told me it might happen, but if it does, they have a reshipment policy in place.
