I’ve dealt with a bunch of suppliers. At first, everything seems great. Good caps, decent quality. But once I start spending over a thousand bucks, the nonsense starts.
When I first messaged Jack, I just asked if he could throw me a little discount as a new customer. He said nope. And weirdly enough, that’s what made me feel like this was actually a solid company. No BS, just straight-up and honest. Gotta respect that.

Oh and by the way, I brought a couple buddies his way and figured I’d ask again if he could give me a bit of a discount. Instead, he just started tossing in enough BAC water with each order. Gotta say, the guy’s kinda cheap with the deals — but hey, free water’s free water. Gave me a good laugh, not gonna lie.

Haha, that guy’s just like that. I tried to bargain with him for a discount before, and he told me I’d need to order at least 10 kits of a single product to get one!
 
Haha I know, I’m the bad guy when it comes to discounts 😅
But trust me — I’m just trying to protect the lab’s honor (and my job)!
Quality this high comes with a stubborn price tag.
That said, if you ever order a few more kits, I might just "accidentally" forget to charge you full price 😉

I’ve been working with HK for over two years now and everything has been great.
At the same time, I still keep a few other suppliers around. Some of them offer slightly better pricing than Jack.
But it’s just smart business to not put all your eggs in one basket.
