Had an issue, it was resolved.
Through no fault of HK, there was a delivery issue with my product. I was devastated and expected them to not rectify, it was not their fault. Long story short, Mike was amazing and went out of his way to make it right. For that reason (plus the R is amazing) - they are now my go-to supplier.- HeatherScz
